I understand that coaching is a Professional-Client relationship I have with my coach that is designed to facilitate the creation/development of personal, professional or business goals and to develop and carry out a strategy/plan for achieving those goals.

I understand that coaching is a comprehensive process that may involve all areas of my life, including work, finances, health, relationships, education, and recreation. I acknowledge that deciding how to handle these issues, incorporate coaching into these areas, and implement my choices is exclusively my responsibility.

I understand that private coaching sessions with Tom Seaman do not constitute a doctor/patient relationship, and that coaching does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of physical or mental disorders. Information discussed during coaching sessions, emails, and all other forms of correspondence will not be construed as medical advice. The Client takes full responsibility for all decisions made regarding their health. Tom Seaman is not liable for any improvement or decline in the Client's health or quality of life.

I understand that coaching is not a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, medical care, mental health care or substance abuse treatment, and I will not use it in place of any form of diagnosis, treatment or therapy.

I understand that coaching is not to be used as a substitute for professional advice by legal, medical, financial, business, spiritual or other qualified professionals. I will seek independent professional guidance for legal, medical, financial, business, spiritual or other matters.

I understand that all decisions in these areas are exclusively my own and I acknowledge that my decisions and my actions regarding them are my sole responsibility.

I understand that all information shared with Tom Seaman is completely confidential and none of my personal information will ever be shared with a third party.

I understand that certain topics may be anonymously and hypothetically shared with other coaching professionals for training or consultation purposes.

I understand that if at any time my coach, Tom Seaman, has reason to believe that I am in danger to myself or others, and/or if I have or suggest that I may commit a criminal act, he has the professional responsibility to contact the appropriate authorities.

Payment and Cancellation
All sessions will be pre-paid via PayPal or other payment method agreed to by Coach and Client. All coaching sessions are 1 (one) hour in length and will be done by phone or Skype, with email support between sessions. The Client agrees to call the Coach at the time of their scheduled appointment. A 24 hour notice of cancellation is required in order to not be charged for that session. Individual consideration will always apply in emergencies.
