As a Certified Professional Life Coach in the area of health and wellness, I help people actively address their lifestyle choices to achieve better balance and improve their quality of life. I take you from where are you are now to where you want to be, by implementing strategies to overcome obstacles standing in your way. I have had the pleasure of working with clients of all ages from 11 to 80 years old from the US and all over the world, including Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Poland, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Portugal, South Africa, Lebanon, Spain, Switzerland, the UK, and China. I was also the keynote speaker for the first ever national dystonia symposium in Canada.

We’ll start with a free introductory call to review your history and goals. Then you’ll have between one to four personal coaching sessions per month based on the coaching package you select. This is where we uncover what is standing in the way of your goals and then develop new strategies.

Most of us know what we should be doing to improve our health. It is the action where most of us fall short, and this is where I play an integral role as your coach. I clear the murky waters of confusing information thrown at us daily, and help simplify things so making changes is easier and more effective.
