New Audiobook Announcement
Over the years, people have asked if my books have an audio version and I am excited to share that my second book, Beyond Pain and Suffering: Adapting to Adversity and Life Challenges, is now in audio! It is available on Audible and Amazon. It took a while to get the resources together, but now both of my books (my first, Diagnosis Dystonia: Navigating the Journey) are available in 3 formats: Paperback, Audio, and Kindle.
For those who did not hear, both books have also been officially translated to Spanish and are now available in the Kindle version on Amazon! You can click on the images below to see the Spanish versions. I know this is not applicable to most of you, but if you have any Spanish speaking friends, please let them know.
Living with a chronic condition can feel like a lonely road, but you don’t have to walk it alone. These two books serve as roadmaps for navigating the emotional and physical challenges of dystonia, other chronic conditions, and difficult life transitions — from managing pain, anxiety, and grief to practical guidance for daily living and treatment options.
They also offer support for broader challenges such as financial distress, relationship struggles, depression, and work transitions. At their core, they focus on building emotional resilience and helping readers manage the grief, anxiety, anger, and isolation that often accompany major life changes.
Whether you are a patient, caregiver, or medical professional, I hope the audio version and Spanish editions help reach even more people in need of hope and support.
